We drive from Arica towards Putre as we would like to visit the hot springs of Jurasi. But the thermas are closed and so we drive on to the bolivian border and visit the thermas of Churiqualla. Of course we see alpacas and vicunas, but also andean geese and many more of the shy emus than in former years.
